The Directorate of Education is going to start the 'Buniyaad' project to make the children of Haryana government schools prepare for the competition paper. In this, the academic 'foundation' of the children of class IX and X will be strengthened, so that they can overcome the weakness of Science, English and Maths subjects.
In Haryana, on January 8, children will take the test of 'Buniyaad'. About 40 thousand children from government schools of the state have got their names enrolled for this. This exam will be conducted in every block. 400 children will appear in the examination in each block. After that the examination will be held at the district level. 100 children will be selected from each district. In the first year 2200 children will be selected from 22 districts of the entire state.
Selection of a school at district level
Selected children will also study in schools and take online classes. Selected children will be given a tab. Children will be taught by alternative institution. Whatever problems the children face, a school will be selected at the district level. Children will come to school for three days and will make their difficulties known to the teacher of the institution. Smart TVs will be installed in the school.
Only 12 percent children take science
Mahavir Singh, Additional Secretary, Education Department said that only 12 percent of the children study science after passing the 10th class examination. Therefore, to create a trend towards science, the Buniyaad program is being started. So that children can become proficient in Science, English and Maths subjects.
